i’m wading through the mud: “Estoy vadeando por el barro” es la traducción literal, “vadear” en inglés se usa para describir el esfuerzo de pasar o caminar por alguna sustancia como agua, barro…

save your breath: “salva tu aliento” es su traducción literal. es una expresión en inglés de que cuando alguien le dice eso a otra persona “no deberían en molestarse en decir algo porque no estarías de acuerdo o no lo queréis escuchar.”
